Payment and Cancellation Policies

When making a reservation you will be asked to provide a valid credit/debit card, payment will not be taken until a few days before your arrival.  We do verify cards, and this will happen automatically 4 days before your arrival.  On the morning of your arrival you will receive an e-mail with arrival and self-check in instructions.  We are usually here at the property, so if you get confused please feel welcome to come and visit us at the front door.

Cancellations are free of charge until 5 days before arrival.  You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 5 days of your arrival. No prepayments are taken unless you are booking exclusivity, in which case we ask for the first nights stay as a deposit.
